Description

A superoxide dimutase compound. It inhibites protein kinase C in rat liver and reduce the activity of TPA stimulated protein kinase C. It is shown pretreatment of normal golblet cells of the colonic mucosa by Copper bis-3,5- diisopropylsalicylate, sensitizes them to apoptosis induced by sodium deoxycholate.
