Description

An antibiotic. It impairs mitochondrial protein synthesis resulting in proliferation arrest in s.c. and Zajdela tumor cells. Zajdela mitochondrial tumor cells cease dividing after a few generations, which is preceded by reduction of cytochrome c oxidas
